To promote the quintessence of Chinese culture; to advocate abacus and mental arithmetic education in addition the combination of mathematics curriculum and abacus and mental arithmetic skills; to stimulate learning potential; to enhance students mathematical calculation ability; to foster national talent of basic scientific; to elevate the international field as our vision.

14. The Rules:
Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition:
Accordance with the Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition Method.
Mathematics Competition:
Computers, Abacus or any calculators are not allowed during the examination. Paper sheet only.
15. Enrollments:
The Expiration date is November 27, 98(Fri). For other places, correspondence enrollment is also accepted.
Please make sure the details in the form, Name, Grade, Date of Birth and the unit of enrollment.
The delay is not allow to be handled with(depend on the date of post stamp).
All the units of participants please fill in the number statistics (as the attachment) . The divided groups are
All depend on the entrance date(September 1). Exam for upgrade is allowed, but the downgrade is forbidden.
16. Enrollment Fee :
600 dollar per person for Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition, 600 dollar per person for Mathematics Competition, send to Ms. Shih Mei-lin 66 Guangping Street, Pingzhen City by post office draft or cheque.

20. Notice:
1) Pre-race meeting is hold on Dec. 19, 98(Saturday)1:00 pm. The 1st floor of Maternal and Child Activity Center, Pingjhen (Kwong Shing Street, 10, Pingjhen City) . All the representatives are welcome.
2) The certificates can be received on that day, in case to avoid losing. Thank you for your kind cooperation and encouragement！
3) In condition of force majeure(typhoon, earthquake etc.), all the changes are depends on the public news media from Taoyuan Government.
4) If above-mentioned term has , does not let matter , we will pronounce as soon as possible.
